1. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Our products are intended for personal use only and are not for resale without our prior written consent.
• By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that the descriptions, images, fragrance notes, longevity claims, and prices of our eau de parfum products are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are 100% error-free.

• Colors of bottles, packaging, and product images may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting during photography.
• Fragrance perception is highly individual and can be influenced by skin chemistry, climate, application method, and personal sensitivity. Longevity and projection claims are based on typical performance under standard conditions and may vary from person to person.

3. Pricing and Stock

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• As a boutique fragrance brand, we may launch limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region within Pakistan.
• In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund or the option to choose an alternative product (subject to availability).

4. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you represent that all details you provide to us are true and accurate.
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other methods as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
• Your order is only confirmed once we send a confirmation via Email or WhatsApp.
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 4–5 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location within Pakistan. Venixa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Exchange & Returns Policy (Special Longevity Clause)

Exchange is available only in the following limited circumstances:

• The exchange policy applies exclusively if the customer experiences a genuine issue with the claimed lasting/longevity of the perfume (i.e., the fragrance does not perform as reasonably expected based on the product’s stated longevity under normal use conditions).
• In such cases, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp, provide proof of purchase, and clearly describe the longevity issue.
• Upon verification of a valid longevity-related claim, we will provide a replacement of the same perfume free of charge, to be dispatched within the next 4 working days.
• No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any other reasons, including but not limited to change of mind, preference of scent, or skin chemistry variations (unless directly related to claimed longevity failure).
• Products must be returned unused, with original packaging intact, and in a resalable condition where applicable. Shipping costs for the return of the original product (if required) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• This longevity-based exchange is our sole remedy for performance-related claims. No cash refunds will be issued under this policy except in cases of defective/damaged products on arrival or non-delivery.

7. Product Use & Safety

• Our eau de parfum products contain fragrance ingredients that may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Always perform a patch test before full application.
• Keep products away from eyes, open wounds, and direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
• Venixa is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from individual skin sensitivity or improper use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, fragrance compositions, and designs (including the Venixa logo and original scent formulations), is the exclusive property of Venixa and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of our designs, formulations, or content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venixa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products, the inability to use our Website, or any variation in fragrance performance due to individual factors.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
